Bill Edwards Presents the Keep Memory Alive’s 16th annual Power of Love Gala took place on Saturday, Feb. 18, 2012. This star studded event was designed to honor Muhammad Ali’s contribution to the world and raise awreness for Alzheimer’s, Huntington’s, ALS, Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s. The Power of Love Gala’s funds raised supported the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health and The Muhammad Ali Center.

The event included  A-list performers and celebrity supporters including Stevie Wonder, Samuel L. Jackson, David Beckham, Larry King, Snoop Dogg, LL Cool J, Common, Lenny Kravitz, Sean “Diddy” Combs, Anthony Hopkins, John Legend, Cee Lo Green, Joe Perry, Slash, Terrence Howard, David Copperfield, Siegfried & Roy, Andre Agassi, Randy Couture,  Kelly Rowland, Robin Leach, James Gandolfini, and Sammy Hagar.  Boxing icons included Sugar Ray Leonard, Evander Holyfield, Earnie Shavers, Leon Spinks, Ray “Boom Boom” Mancini and the guest of honor, Muhammd Ali himself.

Event Television airing: February 25th, 2012 on ABC and ESPN2, “Ali 70th from Las Vegas”.
